Cheyenne Frontier Days Corporate Headquarters
As Construction Manager (CMAR) for the Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD) Headquarters & Corporate Conference Center, our team ensured the project opened its doors right on schedule for the 2019 “Daddy of ’em All.”
Our role as CMAR also included ongoing cost analysis as design was finalized, and incorporating owner wants throughout construction.
Project Highlights
- Self-performed site concrete, exterior rigid insulation and weather barrier, and sheet metal flashing/backing
- Reclaimed exterior wood siding
- Pedestal paver rooftop deck
Volunteers Of America Residential Services
In our role as Construction Manager, we collaborated with owners from conception to completion—developing budgets, managing costs with the design team, and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and scheduling.

- Two-story, 20,152 sq.ft. facility
- Self-performed structural steel erection and site concrete
Home2 Suites Hotel
As Construction Manager, our team was instrumental in bringing the owner’s vision to fruition—and in ensuring it all came together on schedule by working creatively through two winter seasons.
In addition to building up the site to include a 25′ high retaining wall, we coordinated multiple subcontractors and suppliers, owner furnishings, and both local and specialty inspections that were needed to meet Hilton brand standards and QA/QC requirements.
Project Highlights
- Completed on schedule to allow occupancy during Cheyenne Frontier Days, the hotel's most profitable time
- Four-story, 89-room, 54,777 sq.ft. hotel
- Self-performed insulation, door frames, doors and hardware, and specialties
